This is just a short tirade. Normally this site has been used for posting of vids without much banter or notes, but in this particular case I felt some background was necessary.

Recently we decided to pick up Arcana Heart 2.

Since that decision, We’ve had to deal with a lot of random problems. The original AH2 board was delivered to us completely Dead on arrival. Heres the infamous youtube video displaying the problem:

Basically the motherboard is dead. We went back and forth with Excellentcom.net on this for a long time, and they basically refused to replace it, citing that it should be working fine and that there was user error. Much drama, translated emails, and headache later, we were able to get the board replaced by Examu directly. They forgot to send us a cart along with our new board, but that was rectified soon after, and at least they sent us a 2.1 cart, so we don’t have any upgrade worries at this time.
